Now that I understand the commands of the NDP more, I learnt to appreciate it even better. My elder bro, who is supposed to enlist next year, was asking me stuffs about those state colours and those ranks of the officers.. Hehe at least I know stuffs that my bro doesn’t 😀 But it really is a pride to march in the contingents of NDP! Especially GOH! You can feel the pride bursting out from those uniformed men and women. And the PC and RSM was just zai lor. For the first time since I remember watching NDP though,  Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Mr Goh Chok Tong didn’t arrive in those white cars.. They just walked in with the other cabinet ministers.. Yeah I guess they aren’t cabinet ministers anymore aish. But these pioneers will still command lots of respect from me and the other Singaporeans irregardless. Ok so NDP’13 is over…Happy Birthday Singapore!
