So yup, got my promotion to SCI, together with two other A15 CIs.

Really didn’t expect it to come so soon, especially since Mdm Y told me just a few weeks ago that HQ had changed the promotion criteria to two years of service from confirmation date, rather than appointment date.

Thankful that HQ recognised my efforts over the past three years? Even more grateful to Mdm Y for trying to fight for my promotion with HQ, and being even happier than I was when it succeeded LOL.

Gotta work even harder now so that I’ll be deserving of my new rank haha.

We’re thinking and brainstorming ideas for new STC and even AGD programmes. Had a long phone conversation with Mdm Y and N, just talking through all the plans. It’ll be a lot more work on my part, but I hope it’ll be worth it. Since when did I ever back down when preparing to try out new ideas right?
